Even if you were able to get a cast-iron guarantee, it would not remain valid beyond the next Windows 10 version. So you cannot get a guarantee of anything. Some TenForums users have reported that Office 2003 works in Windows 10 but many have reported problems. I'm sure I can't be the only person in the world with a computer that has many important Word 2003 documents on their Windows 7 and now needs to have their Office 2003 switched to Windows 10, in order to view the old docs on Windows 10.

Some people say it will work, others say it won't work. I have read conflicting statements on the internet about whether or not Office 2003 will work on Windows 10. My biggest fear is that when I switch to Windows 10, I will no longer have access of to all of my important documents that I have created with Word 2003. So, basically that means I need to get rid of Windows 7 and install Windows 10 to my current computer by January of next year. Beginning JanuMicrosoft will no longer provide support for Windows 7, and that means no more software updates and no more security updates. The majority of the documents are very important to me. I have been using Office 2003 on it for many years, and therefore, I have MANY Word 2003 documents on my computer (that I have of course created over the years).
